PREVIEW: Monday, Feb. 24, 11:00-2:00, by appointment only. Email info@dominionantiques.com for an appointment time, and with a list of items you’d like to view (max. 5, please), and we will endeavor to make those items available for your inspection.
AUCTION: Running online-only. Bid any time from opening day until the auction’s close. Contact us with any questions or to request additional photos.
Items will end in numerical order, 30 seconds apart. Additional time will be added to an item if there are last minute bids.
Online bidding tips:
- Register in advance so your account is approved and ready to go whenever you start bidding.
- Bid amounts can be changed to reflect your “max. bid”, and the system will bid on your behalf up to that point.
- Bid in advance in case your internet connection hiccups at an inopportune time!
- Toggle “Single Page” to ON, to view all items on one page.
- All sales are final so please ask any questions you may have, or come to the preview to inspect items in person (email for an appointment).
POST-AUCTION:
Invoices will be sent to all successful bidders by email the morning following the auction, with pickup/shipping and payment options.
Payment can be made in person at the advertised pickup times, or by etransfer (rpeakewpg@gmail.com), or by phone.
Unpaid invoice amounts will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- Pickups: Pick up and pay in person, at our warehouse (424 Graham Ave.), on Thu., Feb. 27, 12-3 or Fri., Feb. 28, 10-2. Additional pickup times are available, by appointment, and with prior payment.
- Shipments: items to be mailed will be packed and mailed by UPS after invoices are paid. If you would like a packing/shipping quote in advance, please contact UPS directly, before bidding.
Please arrange pickup or shipping within a week of the auction; unclaimed items will be donated after four weeks unless arrangements are made. Non-paying or uncooperative bidders may receive negative feedback on HiBid.
